COMEDY CLASSES: It’s Funny ‘Cause it’s True – Stand-up and Improvisational Storytelling

What is a joke?  Is it simply set up, punch line?  What if there were more to it?  Why do some jokes make us roll our eyes while others make us feel like we’re not the only weirdo in the room?  In this workshop we will learn the structure of a joke and a comedic story.  In addition, we will learn tricks and improv techniques to help us overcome fear, find truth and detail in our writing, and embrace vulnerability that will help us craft a great standup and storytelling set.
