Ever wanted to give improv comedy a try? Eager to dust off your improv skills? Just want to PLAY already!?!?

Comedy Country is hosting an open Improv Jam once a month at The County Arts Lab in Picton.

• Ages 18+**

What is an improv jam? We knew you’d ask. In these two-hour jams, we’ll spend the first hour working on our improv comedy skills through simple group exercises. Everyone participates, no spectators! In the second hour, we’ll perform scenes for each other. Take the “stage” if you’d like to perform a scene. Or just watch if you don’t.

Zero stakes. All fun.

Jams will be led by experienced improvisers from the County community who all believe that improv is for everyone. Participants will be required to adhere to a code of play that supports a positive and inclusive environment. All are welcome.

We ask that participants register in advance so we know how many people to expect and the level of experience of the group. Register through Eventbrite.

**  18+ for now. Let us know if you want us to add a kid/youth jam in 2023!
